New office complex Suntech Power Holdings

A showpiece of green building

Suntech Power Holdings is building a new office complex in Wuxi (China). By applying sustainable power generation and innovative systems, 80% of the energy demand will be generated sustainably. The entire building will be covered by a transparent shield that will reduce the demand for cooling in summer and heating in winter. Moreover, 6,000 square metres of solar panels will be mounted on the facade. Deerns has been commissioned to design the mechanical and electrical installations for this project.
